The Customer Service Specialist programme is suitable for anyone working in a customer-focused environment at operational level, displaying an excellent aptitude for interpersonal skills and leadership, for 16 or more hours a week.

How long does the programme last? 

This course runs for 15 - 18 months and is delivered on site by our team of experts.
