Who is this apprenticeship programme for? 

The Customer Service Practitioner qualification is suitable for anyone working in a customer-focused environment at operational level, for 30 or more hours a week.

How long does the programme last? 

This course runs for 12 months and is delivered on site by our team of experts.

How is this Apprenticeship Assessed?

As this is an Apprenticeship Standard, an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) who are independent from Peach Orator will conduct a series of assessments and grade the apprentice accordingly.  More information regarding the End Point Assessment can be found in the Download Section below
