Occasionally things go wrong and we need to hear from you in order to put them right. We treat complaints very seriously and we welcome constructive comments and feedback and compliments when things go well for you. This helps us to work out what we could improve on and what works well. It also helps us to give you a better service if you decide to do another course with us.

If you would like to make a complaint, this does not affect your rights and will not result in the loss of any service you have been receiving. Any complaints are investigated fully and you will receive an initial response within 5 working days.
